FOUR KILO FISH presenting one of the most exciting coffee of the year. 

This coffee was carefully processed by our own hands cooperating with Zuo Yuan, marking a meaningful milestone — the very first time Four Kilo Fish has handled coffee processing at origin using our own processing method.

We experimented with thermal shock — a method that uses sudden temperature changes to boost sweetness and clarity in the cup. After depulping, we fermented the coffee with part of the fruit skins still present, which helped develop more complexity and a juicier profile.

The aroma is soft and floral, like fresh lilies. In the cup, it’s super clean and bright, with lingering notes of lemon black tea, ume, and pomelo. The finish is long, crisp, and refreshing — simply a joy to drink.
