Tian Yu Cooperatives is owned by Ping and based in the village Mang Mao where her family live in. The processing station is named after their 13-year-old son, a very sweet boy who also gives his parents a hand during school holidays.

Ping's coffee have been recognised by industry professionals and consumers. She participated in Best of Yunnan - Green Bean Competition since 2018, won the first place 2 times. Her coffee are always selected by specialty coffee roasters as the signature coffee representing Yunnan.

This lot specifically is the 1st place of Best of Yunnan 2020 (Non-washed category). It was processed via anaerobic natural method, where whole coffee cherries are fermented in barrels without oxygen. Balance, sweet and layers of acidity.
